All new or used mobile homes or construction are required to submitt a packet to the Nisqually Pines property standards administrator containing the following documents.
Site survey
Thurston County building permit
Thurston County approved septic plan
Site Plan
The packet can be obtained at the office during normal business hours.
*Please note that a permit is required through ORCAA for the demolition of any structure. This permit must be submitted to Nisqually Pines property standards administrator.
